摘要
“互联网+”时代对高校工会工作提出了崭新的、更高要求。高校工会工作必须充分发挥互联网新媒体优势作用,创新思想,提升工会干部素质;创新内容,激发工会工作活力;创新载体,永葆工会组织生命力。只有不断加强信息化建设、完善网络体系和管理服务水平,深度融合工会与互联网,全面深化工会改革,才能使高校工会工作与时代接轨,才能不断提升工作水平,更好地发挥高校工会的作用。
In the era of"Internet+"has put forward a new and higher demand for the trade union work in colleges and universities.The work of trade unions in colleges and universities must give full play to the advantages of Internet new media,to innovate ideas and improve the quality of trade union cadres,innovate content and stimulate the vitality of trade union work and innovate the carrier and maintain the vitality of trade union organization forever.Only by strengthening continuously the informatization construction,improving network system and management service level,integrating deeply the trade union and the Internet and deepening comprehensively the trade union reform can the trade union work in colleges and universities be in line with the times,improve continuously the work level and play a better role.
