大型磷铵装置尾气污染物深度净化治理技术研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着环境保护力度的加大,一批大型磷铵装置面临着尾气达标排放不达标,尾气排放有视觉污染等压力。结合现有磷铵装置的生产特点和排放尾气中污染物的浓度,采用新型产品冷却器可以减少尾气排放总量和污染物数量。根据尾气自身的特性,采用干湿分开的治理办法,利用尾气冷却洗涤、湿电除雾器、布袋除尘和尾气消雾除白等技术,实现了尾气污染物浓度的超低排放,取得了较好的效果和良好的环境效益。 With the strengthening of national environmental protection,a number of existing large-scale ammonium phosphate plants in China are facing the pressure of up to standard emission of tail gas and eliminating visual pollution of tail gas emission.Combined with the production process characteristics of existing ammonium phosphate plants and the pollutant concentration of tail gas,this technology adopts a new product cooler to reduce the total amount of tail gas emission and the amount of pollutants.According to the characteristics of tail gas,the treatment method of dry and wet separation is adopted,and the technologies of tail gas cooling and washing,wet electric mist eliminator,bag dust removal and tail gas mist elimination and whitening are used to realize the ultra-low emission of tail gas pollutants,and achieve good results and good environmental benefits.
