摘要
构建人类命运共同体开创了富有时代精神和世界意义的共同体实践。“劳动、资本、国家”三元结构方式决定着共同体的社会性质和发展道路。马克思、恩格斯批判了国家主体化主导的专制霸权和资本垄断化主导的资本逻辑,揭露了“虚幻的共同体”的内部分裂和危机关系。劳动社会化的发展蕴含颠覆资本统治的力量,劳动社会化和生产资料集中的矛盾是推动“真正的共同体”建构的动力机制。劳动只有借助国家力量才能重新驾驭“物的力量”,即通过无产阶级革命,在无产阶级专政的条件下,剥夺剥夺者,大力发展生产力,为建构“真正的共同体”创造条件。构建人类命运共同体是马克思、恩格斯劳动社会化主导社会共同体实践理念的传承与发展。构建人类命运共同体坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,不断巩固劳动主体地位,大力解放和发展生产力;坚持发展资本、规范资本,提高驾驭资本的能力,推动劳动社会化的当代建构;坚持推进国家治理现代化,倡导共建共赢共享,大力推动经济全球化,维护国际公平正义。
The construction of a community with a shared future for mankind created a community practice with the spirit of the times and world significance.The ternary structure of“labor,capital,and state”determines the social nature and development path of the community.Marx and Engels criticized the autocratic hegemony led by the state’s subjectivity and the capital logic led by the monopoly of capital,exposing the internal division and crisis of the“illusory community”.The development of labor socialization contains the power to subvert the rule of capital,and the contradiction between labor socialization and the concentration of production materials is the driving mechanism to promote the construction of a“true community”.In this way,labor can only re-control the“power of things”with the help of the state,that is,deprive the deprived,vigorously develop the productive forces through the proletarian revolution and dictatorship to create conditions for the construction of a“true community”.Constructing a community with a shared future for mankind is the inheritance and development of Marx and Engels’practical concepts that labor socialization leads social community.Therefore,to achieve the construction,we should adhere to people-centered development concept,consolidate the status of labor,and liberate and develop productivity;develop and regulate the capital,improve the ability to control the capital,and promote the contemporary construction of labor socialization;modernize national governance,advocate co-construction and win-win sharing,promote economic globalization,and safeguard international fairness and justice.
