摘要 以22121工作面为工程背景,因工作面过空巷回采期间易出现煤壁片帮、顶板冒落等事故,拟定采用高水充填材料超前充填加固巷道技术;针对高水材料性能,确定高水充填材料的配比,制定充填技术方案;经现场实践,回采工作面过空巷期间煤壁未发生大面积片帮、顶板未出现明显下沉现象,工作面安全顺利通过了空巷;可为其他类似条件回采工作面过空巷提供技术参考。 Taking 22121 working face as the engineering background,in view of the accidents such as rib spalling and roof fall that are easy to occur during the mining of the working face crossing the abandoned roadway,the author puts forward the technology of advanced filling and reinforcement of the roadway with high water filling materials,determines the proportion of high water filling materials and formulates filling technical plans according to the performance of high water materials,whose onsite practice has proved that no rib spalling and roof subsidence occur during the time when the working face crosses the abandoned roadway,the working face crosses the abandoned roadway safely and smoothly,which can provide technical reference for mining face crossing abandoned roadway under similar conditions.
