摘要
在积极老龄化背景下,越来越多的“新老人”进入大众视野。与传统老人相比,城市“新老人”经济自足、心态年轻、积极参与社会。受个体化进程与传统文化观念的影响,“为自己而活”的价值理念在现实中常常与代际责任构成了明显的张力。城市“新老人”运用重新定义代际责任、重新分配时间和人力、赞助子女金钱、购买家政服务等策略来应对自我实现需求与代际责任的冲突。城市“新老人”的出现为未来养老服务的发展带来了新思路与新挑战。
In the context of active aging,more and more"new elderly"have entered the public′s vision.Compared with the traditional elderly,the urban"new elderly"are economically self-sufficient,have a younger mentality,and actively participate in society.Influenced by the process of individualization and traditional cultural concepts,the value concept of"living for oneself"often forms an obvious tension with intergenerational responsibilities in reality.The urban"new elderly"use strategies of redefining intergenerational responsibility,redistributing time and manpower,sponsoring children and purchasing domestic services to deal with the conflict between self-actualization needs and intergenerational responsibility.The emergence of urban"new elderly"brings new ideas and challenges to the development of elderly care services in the future.
