摘要
为观察并探讨硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛术后的不良反应及相应的护理对策,选择自愿接受进行硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛术的产妇48例为观察组,随机抽取生理状况等条件相同的未进行分娩镇痛术的产妇48例为对照组。观察并分析产后两组产妇会阴切口疼痛情况和恶心呕吐、尿潴留及低血压等不良反应的发生率,并提出有效的护理措施。结果显示,观察组的产妇术后会阴切口疼痛程度情况和恶心呕吐、尿潴留及低血压的不良反应发生率都高于对照组产妇术后的发生率(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。因此,硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛术后的确存在有不良反应,而术后优质有效的护理干预,可降低不良反应的发生概率,减轻产妇痛苦的同时改善患者预后情况。
Objective To observe and explore the adverse reactions and corresponding nursing countermeasures after epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia.Methods 48 parturients who voluntarily accepted epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia were selected as the observation group,and 48 parturients who did not undergo labor analgesia with the same physiological conditions were randomly selected as the control group.Observe and analyze the incidence of perineal incision pain and nausea and vomiting,urinary retention and hypotension in two groups,and put forward effective nursing measures.Results the incidence of pain and the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,urinary retention and hypotension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group*(P<0.05).Conclusion there are indeed adverse reactions after epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia,and high-quality and effective postoperative nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,reduce maternal pain and improve the prognosis of patients.
