摘要
内蒙某含金难选矿石原采用“阶段磨矿-全泥氰化-树脂吸附-解吸电解”的工艺流程回收矿石中的金。根据绿色矿山建设要求,需要产出产率为40%的无氰尾矿用于井下充填。本试验中,通过浮选与磁选开路联合回收工艺,获得了金品位3.72 g/t、回收率94.22%的金精矿,尾矿产率40.40%,试验结果达到预期。
A gold bearing refractory ore in Inner Mongolia used the process of"stage grinding-all sliming cyanidation-resin adsorption desorption electrolysis"to recover gold from the ore.According to the requirements of green mine construction,cyanide free tailings with a yield of 40%are required for underground filling.In this test,through the open circuit combined recovery process of flotation and magnetic separation,the gold concentrate with gold grade of 3.72 g/t and recovery of 94.22%was obtained,and the tailings yield was 40.40%.The test results met the expectations.
