摘要
市场上生产硫铝酸盐水泥所用到的主要原料成分是铝矾土,石灰石和石膏,其中硫铝酸盐水泥主要化学成分是氧化铝、氧化钙和二氧化硅,主要矿物成分是硫铝酸钙、硅酸二钙和铁相。根据市场调查,铝矾土的市场价格不低于400元/t,这样的成本价格将导致生产出来的硫铝酸盐水泥的售价提高,会抑制硫铝酸盐水泥的发展生产,由于生产硫铝酸盐水泥的煅烧温度低,具有显著的耗能低、碳排放低的特点。因此,利用大宗固废生产制备硫铝酸盐水泥对我国走可持续发展道路理念有着重大的意义。同时,在海洋工程的建设中,硫铝酸盐水泥有着不可估量的开发潜力,研究硫铝酸盐水泥的新品种开发将对我国建设海洋强国起到极大的作用。
The main raw materials used in the production of sulphoaluminate cement on the market are bauxite,limestone and gypsum.The main chemical composition of sulphoaluminate cement is alumina,calcium oxide and silicon dioxide.The main mineral composition is calcium sulphoaluminate,calcium silicate and iron phase.According to the market survey,the market price of bauxite is not less than 400 yuan per ton,which will lead to the production of sulphoaluminate cement price increase and inhibit the development of sulphoaluminate cement production,due to low calcination temperature of sulphoaluminate cement,significant low energy consumption,and low carbon emissions characteristics.Therefore,the production of sulphoaluminate cement from bulk solid waste is of great significance to the concept of sustainable development in China.
