摘要
榜样教育是大学生思想政治教育的有效形式,也是高校德育教育的重要内容。在高校思想政治教育中,榜样教育是实现高校立德树人的根本任务、弘扬社会主义核心价值观的重要载体、培养担当民族复兴时代新人的重要方法。当前榜样教育面临着明星偶像崇拜过度、模式单一、内化不足、宣传不足等现实困境。因此,正确引导偶像崇拜、创新榜样教育模式、提升内化水平、更新榜样教育宣传方式,对于提高高校思想政治教育效果意义重大。
Model education is an effective form of ideological and political education for college students,and it is also an important content of moral education in colleges and universities.In the ideological and political education of colleges and universities,exemplary education is an important way to realize the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity,an important carrier for carrying forward the core values of socialism,and an important method for cultivating new people who are responsible for the national rejuvenation in colleges and universities.At present,it is facing the practical dilemma of excessive star idol worship,single model,insufficient internalization and insufficient publicity.Therefore,correctly guiding idol worship,innovating the model of exemplary education,improving the level of internalization,and updating the propaganda methods of exemplary education are of great significance to improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
