摘要
在新的发展格局下,数字经济逐渐成为推动产业结构优化的主要驱动力量,识别其演化特点及其对产业结构的作用机制,关系到国家经济的稳定增长与高质量发展目标的实现。基于2005─2019年长江经济带省级面板数据,研究了数字经济对产业结构优化升级的影响及区域差异。分析结果显示,数字经济能够促进产业结构向高度化和合理化两方面升级;同时数字经济对长江经济带各区域产业结构的高度化和合理化发展的影响存在较为显著的差异,对上游和中游的影响相对较弱,而对下游地区的促进作用最大。最后,针对主要结论,提出加强数字基础设施建设、合理利用外资、加强培养复合型人才、统筹区域发展等相关建议。
In the new development pattern,digital economy has gradually become the main driving force to promote the optimization of the industrial structure.Identifying its evolutionary characteristics and its mechanism of action on the industrial structure is related to the stable growth of the national economy and the realization of high-quality development goals.Based on the provincial panel data of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2019,the impact of digital economy on the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure and regional differences are studied.The analysis results show that the digital economy can promote the upgrading of the industrial structure to both advanced and rationalized levels.At the same time,the impact of the digital economy on the advanced and rational development of the industrial structure in each region of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is significantly different.The impact is relatively weak,and the promotion effect on the downstream area is the largest.Finally,according to the main conclusions,relevant suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure,rationally utilizing foreign capital,strengthening the cultivation of compound talents,and coordinating regional development.
