摘要
增加农民收入是农业供给侧结构性改革的主要目标之一。农产品价格是影响我国农民收入增长的一个重要因素。通过构建农业产出与投入价格比例指数,利用吉林省四平市1990-2019年数据,研究农民收入与价格因素之间的关系,结果发现:农产品价格与农民收入之间的关系具有明显的异质性特征。1990-2019年间,四平市农民实际收入约增长7倍,农产品价格对农民收入具有显著的正向影响,其弹性在1.3-1.8之间,但农产品价格仅能够解释6.73%的农民收入增长。在2012-2019年间,农民就业渠道拓宽,农民收入的来源呈现多样化,农民收入实现持续稳定增长。基于研究结论,提出持续增加农民收入的建议:一是要保持农产品价格和农业生产资料价格相对稳定;二是要加强农业科技推广和应用,不断提高农业产出;三是要加大对“三农”的投入,为提高农民收入提供强有力保障。
Increasing farmers’income is one of the main goals of agricultural supply-side structural reform.The price of agricultural products is an important factor affecting the growth of farmers’income in China.Through the construction of agricultural output and input price ratio index,using the data of Siping City from 1990 to 2019,the relationship between farmers’income and price factors is studied.The results show that the relationship between agricultural prices and farmers’income has obvious heterogeneity.From 1990 to 2019,the real income of farmers in Siping city increased by about 7 times.The price of agricultural products had a significant positive impact on farmers’income,with an elasticity between 1.3-1.8,but the price of agricultural products could only explain 6.73%of the increase in farmers’income.From 2012 to 2019,the employment channels of farmers were broadened,the sources of farmers’income were diversified,and farmers’income achieved sustained and stable growth.Based on the conclusion of the study,suggestions are put forward to continuously increase farmers’income:first,keep the prices of agricultural products and agricultural production materials relatively stable;Second,to strengthen the popularization and application of agricultural science and technology,and constantly improve agricultural output;Third,we need to increase input in agriculture,rural areas and farmers to provide a strong guarantee for raising farmers’incomes.
