摘要
采用专家访谈法等研究方法,对4所澳大利亚高校本科层次运动训练相关专业人才课程目标及课程设置进行分析。澳大利亚以培养体育锻炼指导专家和运动训练专家为基本目标,要求学生能够成为满足社会需求的体育健康促进与运动训练“通才”。通识教育课程内容丰富,注重提升学生的文化修为;专业必修课程以母学科为依托,强调知识学习的规律性和层次性;专业选修课程以就业为导向,突出实用性和目的性;专业实践课程,以精细的实习时间管理、专业的实习内容和规范的实习监管为学生的实习保驾护航。课程实施以专业标准为参照,课程评价手段多元。借鉴澳大利亚的经验,提出了制订以专业素养为核心的课程标准;推动课程认证与职业认证相衔接;优化课程结构与调整课程内容;发展多元化课程评价手段;树立专业实习体系化发展新目标的具体建议。
With the research method of the expert interview,the paper analyzes the course objectives and curriculum setting of undergraduate sports training related professionals in 4 Australian universities.With the basic goal of training physical exercise guidance experts and sports training experts,Australia requires students to become“generalists”in sports health promotion and sports training to meet the needs of the society.The general education courses are rich in content and can improve students’cultural qualities;the professional compulsory courses are based on the parent subjects,emphasizing the regularity and hierarchy of knowledge learning;the professional selective courses are employment-oriented,with focus on being practical and purposeful;the professional practice courses with fine practice time management,professional practice content and standardized practice supervision can provide guarantee for the professional practice.The curriculum implementation is based on the professional standards,and the curriculum evaluation ways are diversified.The paper proposes to draw on Australian experience,develop the professional curriculum standard,promote the connection between curriculum certification and vocational certification,optimize the curriculum structure and adjust the curriculum content,develop diversified curriculum evaluation ways,and establish new goals of professional practice.
