摘要
介绍了厚规格推拉式酸洗线成套装备与技术的自主集成,解决了厚规格(≥10 mm)、高强度(≥1000 MPa)、宽钢带(≥1200 mm)开卷、穿带、酸洗、卷取的技术难题,并率先在国内形成了一套独有的厚规格、高强度、宽钢带酸洗工艺技术,实现了酸洗产品规格与品种的突破。同时介绍了酸洗线投产后生产过程中遇到的一些常见质量问题,如酸洗板表面横折印、表面氧化铁皮压入、酸洗板冲压开裂等,通过改变成分组成和调整工艺等措施,最终产品质量满足要求。
In this paper,the independent integration of all equipment and technology of thick-specification push-pull pickling lines was introduced.The technical problems of uncoiling,threading,pickling and coiling of thick specification(≥10 mm),high strength(≥1000 MPa)and wide steel strip(≥1200 mm)were solved.Furthermore,a unique set of pickling process technologies for thick specification and high strength wide steel strips was developed for the first time in China,which contributed to the breakthrough in the specification and variety of pickling products.Meanwhile,some common quality problems encountered during the production process after the pickling line is put into operation are introduced,such as the transverse folding and printing of the pickling plate surface,the pressing in of the surface iron oxide scale and the stamping cracking of the pickling plate,which are all solved through the adjustment of composition and process,production capacity and product varieties after operation.
