摘要
城市棕地再开发需要考虑生态效益的同时,更需重视社会效益。要通过棕地再利用,优化和补足城市功能、带动产业转型、让社区居民共享发展带来的成果,实现“以人为本”的城市更新。临沂银凤湖片区棕地再开发融合了生态修复、公共开放空间建设、产业转型等诉求,实现了以地方国有平台公司为运作主体的一次有益尝试,形成了面向社区发展的城市棕地再开发模式。
Urban brownfield redevelopment should not only consider ecological benefits,but also pay more attention to social benefits.The reuse of brownfield should optimize and complement urban functions,drive industrial transformation,let community residents share the benefits of development,and realize"people-oriented"urban renewal.Brownfield redevelopment in Yinfeng Lake area of Linyi City has integrated ecological restoration,public open space construction,industrial transformation and other demands,realizing a beneficial attempt with local state-owned platform companies as the main operation body,forming a community-oriented urban brownfield redevelopment model.
