摘要
随着城市化建设的不断推进,我国房建工程迎来了崭新的发展契机,陆续涌现出诸多先进的施工工艺,人们对房屋居住的舒适性、安全性、耐久性和功能性要求也越来越高。桩基础在房建工程中起着承上启下的作用,而桩基础也是整个房建工程中重中之重,具有施工工期较长,造价高的特点。目前,我国桩基础施工工艺虽然有较长的发展时期,工艺也较为成熟,但是施工过程中仍存在诸多问题,影响着桩基的施工质量,本文论述了房建工程桩基施工工艺流程,提出了桩基施工注意事项。
With the continuous advancement of urbanization,China's housing construction projects have ushered in a brand-new development opportunity,and many advanced construction technologies have emerged one after another.People's requirements for the comfort,safety,durability and functionality of housing are getting higher and higher.Pile foundation plays a connecting role in building construction,and pile foundation is also the most important in the whole building construction,which has the characteristics of long construction period and high cost.At present,although the construction technology of pile foundation in China has a long development period and is mature,there are still many problems in the construction process,which affect the construction quality of pile foundation.This paper discusses the technological process of pile foundation construction in housing construction project,and puts forward matters needing attention in pile foundation construction.
