摘要
目的通过分析双侧Crus叶投射至Broca复合区的纤维(Crus-Broca束,简称CB束)止于静息态语言网络Broca激活区的情况,以明确CB束的功能。方法分析人类脑连接组计划(HCP)Lifespan Pilot Project-1a数据库中26位健康受试者的静息态功能磁共振数据,获取其个体空间下静息态语言网络Broca激活区及其覆盖5个Broca解剖亚区(HCP多模态皮质分割1.0图谱中的第74、75、76、77和171区,分别简称为HCP74、75、76、77和171区)的比率,探讨每位受试者CB束纤维止于Broca亚区内被Broca激活区覆盖(亚区覆盖)和未覆盖区域(亚区不覆盖)的情况。结果HCP74、75、76、77和171区被Broca激活区覆盖的比率分别为(71.0±25.1)%、(70.1±25.1)%、(74.1±20.7)%、(47.0±27.9)%和(61.4±30.3)%,提示前3个Broca亚区与Broca激活区有较高的吻合程度。Broca亚区_(覆盖)获得其亚区内CB束纤维占所有到达该亚区纤维的比率大于Broca亚区_(覆盖)占其Broca亚区的比率(P=0.002),CB束纤维在Broca亚区_(覆盖)内的密度大于其在对应的Broca亚区_(不覆盖)内的密度(P=0.002),提示CB束纤维的止点偏好Broca激活区。结论初步研究表明,CB束通过Broca激活区参与静息态大脑语言网络,应将其纳入涉及语言功能的大脑和小脑病变的术前脑功能评估体系。
Objective To label the function of Crus-Broca(CB)tracts originating from bilateral cerebellar Crus lobes and targeting into Broca's complex by analyzing spatial relationship between endpoints of their steamlines and Broca activated region of language-related resting-state network(LaRSN)at subject level.Methods Resting-state functional MRI data of 26 healthy subjects from Human Connectome Project(HCP)Lifespan Pilot Project-1 a database were analyzed to obtain Broca activated regions in native space.The proportion of each of five subregions of Broca's complex of HCP multi-modal parcellation version 1.0 atlas(i.e.HCP 74,75,76,77 and 171 areas)of each subject covered by Broca activated region was determined.The streamlines of CB tracts targeting into Subregions。vetre and Subregions,were:comparatively analyzed.Results The proportions of HCP 74,75,76,77 and 171 covered by Broca activated region were(71.0+25.1)%,(70.1+25.1)%,(74.1+20.7)%,(47.0+27.9)%and(61.4+30.3)%at group level respectively,indicating that the first three Broca subregions had a high degree of concordance with the Broca activated region.The proportion of streamlines of CB tract targeting into Subregions.ovre was greater than that of Broca Subregionsoreee in Broca activated region(P=0.002).The density of streamlines of CB tract targeting into Subregionsoveed was greater than that targeting in corresponding Subregiosnevrs_(uncovered)(P=0.002).Those above indicated that CB tracts tended to target into Broca activated region within Broca's cormplex.Conclusion Preliminary studies have shown that the CB tract is involved in the LaRSN through the Broca activated area,and it should be included in the preoperative brain function assessment system for cerebral and cerebellar lesions involving language function.
