摘要
目前,混凝土是最主要的建筑结构材料之一,其中,钢管拱自密实混凝土作为一种新型混凝土,其能在钢管内顺利顶升灌注,并保持相应的强度和密实度。为了确保钢拱桥具有良好的刚度、美观度和耐久性能,相关研究人员需进一步研究钢管拱自密实混凝土的应用。文章以神农溪特大桥为研究对象,分析了钢管拱自密实混凝土的技术要求及特点,深入探讨了自密实混凝土性能的影响因素及配合比设计,并提出了具体的施工控制措施,以供参考。
At present,concrete is one of the most important building structural materials.Among them,As a new type of concrete,steel tube arch self-compacting concrete can be successfully lifted and poured in the steel tube,and maintain the corresponding strength and density.In order to ensure that the steel arch bridge has good stiffness,aesthetics and durability,relevant researchers need to further study the application of steel tube arch self-compacting concrete.Taking Shennongxi Bridge as the research object,this paper analyzes the technical requirements and characteristics of steel tube arch self-compacting concrete,deeply discusses the influencing factors and the mix proportion design of self-compacting concrete performance,and puts forward specific construction control measures for reference.
