摘要
全日制教育硕士实践导师具有丰富的基础教育实践经验,对教育硕士的实践能力培养起着关键作用。但事实上,目前实践导师在整个教育硕士的培养过程中处于“边缘性参与”状态,具体表现为指导职责的边缘化、指导工作的边缘化、指导价值的边缘化等。造成实践导师“边缘性参与”的主要原因在于思想认识的偏差、管理制度的不健全以及价值共同体的缺失。要突破这种“边缘性参与”困境,只有提高思想认识,完善管理制度,形成价值共同体,并给予实践导师相应的保障,才能充分调动实践导师的积极性,为社会经济发展培养出高层次应用型人才。
The full-time master of education practical tutor has rich basic education practical experience,which plays a key role in cul⁃tivating the practical ability of master of education.But in fact,the practice tutor is in the state of“marginal participation”in the whole education master’s training process,which means the marginal of duty,guiding work and guiding value.The main reasons for the guid⁃ance dilemma of“marginal participation”are the deviation of ideology,the imperfection of management system and the lack of value community.In order to break through the dilemma of guiding participation,only by improving the ideological understanding,perfecting the management system,forming a community of values,and giving the practice instructors corresponding guarantees,can we fully arouse the enthusiasm of practical tutors and train high-level applied talents for the development of social economy.
