摘要
目的分析整体护理在脑梗死患者中的应用价值和护理质量。方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月在高唐县人民医院就诊的74例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各37例。对照组采用基础护理,研究组采用整体护理,比较两组护理满意率和护理质量(基础护理、健康知识宣教、病房管理、护理操作技能)。结果研究组患者护理总满意率为100.00%,高于对照组的81.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者中基础护理、健康知识宣教、病房管理、护理操作技能的评分分别为(93.20±2.20)、(95.60±1.21)、(91.16±2.07)及(92.65±1.49)分,均高于对照组的(77.19±2.31)、(80.65±1.18)、(84.48±1.59)及(83.19±1.76)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死患者中应用整体护理可获得良好的效果,不仅促使护理满意率得到明显提升,同时可以提高护理质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application value and nursing quality of holistic nursing in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 74 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in Gaotang County People’s Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into study group and control group with 37 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing and the study group received holistic nursing.The nursing satisfaction rate and nursing quality(basic nursing,health knowledge education,ward management and nursing operation skills)were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than 81.08%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing,health knowledge education,ward management and nursing operation skills in the study group were(93.20±2.20),(95.60±1.21),(91.16±2.07)and(92.65±1.49)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group with(77.19±2.31),(80.65±1.18),(84.48±1.59)and(83.19±1.76)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing in patients with cerebral infarction could obtain good effect,which could not only significantly improve the nursing satisfaction rate,but also improve the nursing quality.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
