摘要
目的观察针对性护理干预对ICU患者行甲状腺肿物切除术后并发症的影响。方法纳入2019年1月~2020年12月期间在本院进行甲状腺肿物切除术的ICU患者为研究对象,共52例患者,然后在随机数字表中将这些患者分为对照组、观察组(26例/组),给予其中对照组常规临床护理,观察组给予针对性护理,观察两组护理方法对患者并发症的影响效果。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,术后疼痛评分低于对照组,切口愈合时间早于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组的差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对甲状腺肿物切除术的ICU患者实施针对性护理干预,有助于减少患者术后并发症发生,减轻疼痛,缩短康复时间,护理效果好,患者满意度高,推荐临床应用。
Objective To observe the effect of targeted nursing intervention on complications after goiter resection in ICU patients.Methods The ICU patients who underwent goiter resection in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were included as the research object,a total of 52 patients,and then these patients were divided into the control group and the observation group in the random number table (26 cases/group).The control group was given routine clinical nursing care,and the observation group was given targeted nursing care.The effect of the two groups of nursing methods on patients’ complications was observed.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the postoperative pain score was lower than that of the control group,the incision healing time was earlier than that of the control group,and the difference in nursing satisfaction score higher than that of the control group was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Implementing targeted nursing intervention for ICU patients undergoing goiter resection can help reduce postoperative complications,relieve pain,shorten recovery time,good nursing effect,high patient satisfaction,and clinical application is recommended.
