摘要
为精确控制复卷机中压纸辊与纸卷之间的压力,本次研究提出了一套用于控制纸卷卷径的控制策略,基于压纸辊数学模型建立用于计算纸卷直径的控制算法,并利用MATLAB软件来描述纸卷直径与压纸辊压力之间的关系,帮助车间管理人员根据压纸辊重量来合理调整纸卷直径,间接实现压纸辊与纸卷之间压力的实时控制。
In order to accurately control the pressure between the paper roll and the paper roll of rewinder,a set of control strategy for controlling the roll diameter of the paper roll is proposed in this study.Based on the mathematical model of the paper roll,the control algorithm for calculating the roll diameter is established,and the relationship between the roll diameter and the roll pressure is described by MATLAB software.It can help the workshop managers to adjust the diameter of paper roll reasonably according to the weight of paper roll,and realize the real-time pressure control between paper roll and paper roll indirectly.
