摘要 食品是人们生存和发展的根本。目前,食品种类愈加丰富多样,引发的食品安全和质量问题也逐渐增多,严重危及人们的身体健康,阻碍社会和经济的稳健发展。只有加大对食品安全的检测力度,采用科学、先进的食品检测技术,才能保障食品质量安全,避免质量不达标的食品流入市场,从而让人们吃上安全、放心、健康的食品,有效维护社会的和谐稳定。本文通过分析食品检测对食品安全的作用,提出了几点优化食品安全检测的策略,以便相关人士借鉴和参考。 Food is the foundation of people’s survival and development.At present,the variety of food is becoming more and more abundant,and the food safety and quality problems are also gradually increasing,which seriously endangers people’s health and hinders the steady development of society and economy.Only by strengthening the detection of food safety and adopting scientific and advanced food detection technology,the safety and quality of food can be ensured,and the flow of substandard food into the market can be avoided,so that people can eat safe,assured and healthy food and effectively maintain social harmony and stability.By analyzing the role of food testing on food safety,this paper tentatively puts forward some strategies to optimize food safety testing,so that relevant people can use it for reference.
