摘要
目的:探究新资源食品L-阿拉伯糖的减肥降糖作用。方法:70只大鼠,随机选取10只大鼠给予普通饲料作为空白对照组,其余60只大鼠给予高脂、高糖饮食诱导大鼠代谢综合征模型,选取40只造模成功大鼠分为模型对照组、L-阿拉伯糖低、中、高剂量组(0.03 g·kg^(-1)、0.05 g·kg^(-1)、0.08 g·kg^(-1)),每组10只。空白对照组和模型对照组灌胃0.9%生理盐水,L-阿拉伯糖剂量组灌胃不同剂量L-阿拉伯糖溶液,每日1次,连续8周。试验期间空白对照组大鼠喂养普通饲料,其余组大鼠喂养高脂高糖饲料。每隔2周测定大鼠的体重、血糖值,第8周测定大鼠的脂肪总重、脂/体比、脂肪系数和血清TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C水平。结果:和模型对照组比,L-阿拉伯糖低、中、高剂量组大鼠体重下降,血糖值下降,脂肪系数降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验后,各剂量组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平有所下降,HDL-C水平有所升高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:新资源食品L-阿拉伯糖能减轻大鼠体重,调节血糖,减少体内脂肪堆积,改善代谢综合征,具有一定减肥、降血糖功效。
Objective:To explore the weight-reducing and hypoglycemic effect of L-arabinose.Method:A total of seventy rats,randomly selected ten rats and given ordinary diet as the blank control group,and the other sixty rats were given high-fat and high sugar diet to induce metabolic syndrome model.Forty successful rats model were divided into the model control group and the L-arabinose low,medium and high dose groups(0.03 g·kg^(-1)、0.05 g·kg^(-1)、0.08 g·kg^(-1)),with ten rats in each group.The blank control group and model control group were gavaged with 0.9%normal saline,and the L-arabinose dose group was gavaged with different doses of L-arabinose solution once a day for 8 weeks.During the experiment,the rats in the blank control group were fed with ordinary diet,and the rats in the other groups were fed with high-fat and high sugar diet.The body weight and blood glucose of rats were measured every two weeks.The total fat weight,fat/body ratio,fat coefficient and serum TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C levels were measured in the eighth week.Result:Compared with the model control group,the weight,blood glucose and fat coefficient of rats in L-arabinose low,medium and high dose groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).After the test,the levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C in each dose group decreased,while the level of HDL-C increased,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:L-arabinose can reduce the weight of rats,regulate blood glucose,reduce fat accumulation in the body,improve metabolic syndrome,and has certain weight-reducing and hypoglycemic effects.
