摘要
为实现大米加工过程中规范化、智能化以及提高大米加工质量,本文基于云端和MQTT通信协议技术设计了一款基于云端的碾米机智能监控系统。该智能监控系统的设计包括硬件设计、软件设计及云端开发3个部分。经实验表明,该智能监控系统可以使碎米率降低10%左右,吨米电耗节约7%~8%。
In order to realize standardization and intelligence in rice processing and improve rice processing quality,an intelligent monitoring system of rice milling machine based on cloud is designed based on cloud and MQTT communication protocol technology.The design of the intelligent monitoring system includes three parts:hardware design,software design and cloud development.Experiments show that the intelligent monitoring system can reduce the broken rice rate by about 10%and save the power consumption per ton of rice by 7%~8%.
