离子色谱-电导率检测水样中亚硝酸盐的方法学建立与验证

摘要 目的:建立离子色谱法测定水中亚硝酸盐含量。方法:使用离子色谱法仪按照要求进行仪器条件探索和方法学考察。结果:建立以电导检测器检测,IonPac AS11-HC为分析柱,AG11-HC为保护柱,KOH淋洗液自动配制系统,流速1.3 mL·min^(-1)的离子色谱检测方法。结论:离子色谱法检测水样中亚硝酸盐具有灵敏度高、准确性好、受干扰小和不需要前处理等优点,特别是在水样浓度低于定量限时,比分光光度计检测结果更加准确。 Objective:An ion chromatographic method for the determination of nitrite content in water was established.Method:Instrument conditions were explored and methodological investigation was carried out according to the requirements using ion chromatograph.Result:An ion chromatographic detection method with conductivity detector,IonPac AS11-HC as the analytical column,AG11-HC as the protective column,KOH drenching solution automatic preparation system and flow rate of 1.3 mL·min^(-1) was established.Conclusion:The ion chromatographic method for the determination of nitrite in water samples has the advantages of high sensitivity,good accuracy,low interference and no pre-treatment,especially when the concentration of water samples is lower than the limit of quantification,which is more accurate than the spectrophotometric detection results.
