氨糖软骨素维生素D钙奶粉工艺研究

摘要 本研究通过物料物理性质考察等实验,确定本产品最优工艺。结果表明,氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐、碳酸钙、硫酸软骨素、胶原蛋白肽、维生素D3和三氯蔗糖过80目筛,脱脂牛奶粉过60目筛;维生素D_(3)与三氯蔗糖混合均匀,得混合粉1,混合粉1与硫酸软骨素钠等量递增法混合,每次混合3 min,直至硫酸软骨素钠完全混合,得混合粉2,混合粉2与氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐、碳酸钙、胶原蛋白肽和脱脂奶粉混合30 min(转速16 r·min^(-1)),得总混合粉;生产车间湿度保持在63%RH以下。经小试生产验证,此工艺条件下小试样品各指标稳定可靠,可为后续大生产提供依据。 In this study,the optimal process of this product was determined through experiments such as the investigation of the physical properties of the material.The results showed that glucosamine hydrochloride,calcium carbonate,sodium chondroitin sulfate,collagen peptides,vitamin D_(3),sucralose were passed through the 80-mesh sieve,and skimmed milk powder was passed through the 60-mesh sieve.Mix vitamin D_(3) and sucralose evenly to obtain mixed powder 1.Mixed powder 1 is mixed with chondroitin sulfate sodium in an equal increment method,each mixing for 3 minutes,until the chondroitin sulfate sodium is completely mixed,and mixed powder 2 is obtained.Mixed powder 2 is mixed with glucosamine hydrochloride,calcium carbonate,collagen peptide,and skim milk powder were mixed for 30 min(rotation speed 16 r·min^(-1))to obtain the total mixed powder.The humidity in the production workshop shall be kept below 63%RH.Through the verification of small-scale production,the indexes of small-scale samples under this process condition are stable and reliable,which can provide a basis for subsequent large-scale production.
