摘要
由6塔变压吸附(PSA)和3塔PSA组成的一套装置,由于产品氢的收率低,质量不能满足工艺需求。研究发现,通过更换吸附剂以及更改现场流程及时序,可达到停用3塔PSA,且在保证产品氢质量的前提下,最终实现增加氢气回收率的目的。
A set of devices composed of 6tower PSA and 3tower PSA does not meet the process needs due to the low hydrogen yield and the product hydrogen quality.Replacing the adsorbent and changing the field process sequence can achieve the withdrawal of the 3tower PSA,and ensuring the hydrogen quality of the product.
