摘要
针对激发科技人才创造活力需求,分析了国内检验检测机构科技人才的现状和面临的一些问题,从坚持党的领导、开拓科技人才的内部激励晋升通道、提高科技成果转化的有效供给和坚持“4个面向”等4个方面,探索性地提出了进一步激发检验检测机构科技人才创新活力的一些解决思路,为检验检测行业的健康发展提供了一定的指导。
In order to stimulate the creative vitality of scientific and technological talents,the present situation and some problems of scientific and technological talents in domestic inspection and testing institutions are analyzed.Some solutions to further stimulate the innovation vigor of scientific and technological talents in inspection and testing institutions are put forward from the four aspects of upholding the leadership of the party,developing internal incentive promotion channels for scientific and technological talents,improving the effective supply of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and adhering to the“four orientations”,which provides certain guidance for the healthy development of the inspection and testing industry.
