摘要
遗传图谱构建是基因定位和基因组结构与功能研究的基础。近年来,快速发展的分子标记技术,为构建完整的植物遗传图谱和利用分子标记辅助育种打下了坚实的基础。笔者综述了RFLP、RAPD、SSR等分子标记的基本原理和主要特点,从遗传图谱构建方面简要介绍了分子标记在观赏园艺植物遗传育种工作中的现状,提出了存在的问题,并对植物遗传图谱的构建进行了展望。
Genetic map construction is the basis of gene mapping and genomic structure and function research.In recent years,the rapid development of molecular marker technology has laid a solid foundation for the construction of a complete plant genetic map and the use of molecular marker assisted breeding.The author summarizes the basic principles and main characteristics of molecular markers such as RFLP,RAPD and SSR,briefly introduces the current situation of molecular markers in the genetic breeding of ornamental and horticultural plants from the construction of genetic map,puts forward the existing problems,and looks forward to the construction of plant genetic map.
