摘要
水利工程日常检查是水利工程日常管理的一项重要工作,是对水利工程进行有效的保护、维修、养护的先决条件。“望、闻、问、切”出自中国传统医学理论,蕴含着认识事物产生、发展、结果的一般方法,因此,“望、闻、问、切”之语的一般规律也能运用到水利工程的日常检查中,使其对水利工程的管理产生巨大价值。本文将水利工程日常检查的4种方法归纳为“望、闻、问、切”,即裸眼观察、用耳监听、采集数据、试验验证。
The daily inspection of water conservancy project is an important work in the daily management of water conservancy project,and is a prerequisite for effective protection,maintenance and maintenance of water conservancy project.The language of"looking,smelling,asking and cutting"comes from Chinese traditional medical theory,it contains the general methods of understanding the emergence,development and results of things,Therefore,the general law of"looking,smelling,asking and cuting"can also be applied to the daily inspection of water conservancy projects,making it of great value to the management of water conservancy projects.In this paper,the four methods of daily inspection of water conservancy projects are summarized as"looking,smelling,asking and cutting",that is,naked eye observation,ear monitoring,data collection and experimental verification.
