摘要
德士古水煤浆加压气化装置生产负荷提高后,气化炉及碳洗塔黑水排放量增大,灰水处理单元的真空闪蒸系统出现超压、超温现象。通过对真空闪蒸冷凝器进行机械清洗、增大循环冷却水流量、调整真空闪蒸系统的工艺流程,有效解决了黑水排放负荷增大后对真空闪蒸系统的影响,实现了装置的长周期稳定运行。
After the production load of Texaco coal-water slurry pressurized gasification unit increases,the black water discharge of gasifier and carbon scrubber increases,the vacuum flash system of ash water treatment unit shows overpressure and overheated.By mechanically cleaning the vacuum flash condenser,increasing the flow of circulating cooling water and adjusting the process flow of vacuum flash system,the influence of increasing black water discharge load on vacuum flash system is effectively solved,and stable long-term operation of the unit is realized.
