肉用鸡、鸭钙营养需要量评定拟合模型比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用荟萃分析方法,对肉鸡和肉鸭日粮钙水平与胫骨灰分的剂量-效应反应试验结果进行7种模型的拟合分析及比较,研究其钙营养需要量评定的最佳拟合模型。本研究收集近30年肉鸡和肉鸭钙营养需要量研究论文,分别选用31组肉鸡和14组肉鸭不同钙水平影响胫骨灰分含量呈显著性变化的试验数据,分别进行二次曲线(QR)、线性折线(BL)、二次折线(BQ)、指数(EM)、S线(SM)、增长曲线(GM)、Logistic模型(LOG 4)共7种模型拟合分析,根据不同拟合模型的拟合度及最佳拟合出现的频度筛选最佳拟合方程。结果表明:7种模型的平均值拟合度,有4种模型>67%,从高到低顺序为QR(85.5%)>BL(71.5%)>LOG 4(68.6%)>BQ(67.3%),其它3种模型(EM、SM、GM)平均值拟合度低于63%;QR、BL、BQ和LOG 4最佳拟合出现频度分别为23/45、14/45、11/45、11/45,其它模型低于2/45。采用胫骨灰分含量为效应值评定肉鸡和肉鸭钙需要量时,二次曲线模型的拟合效果最好,其次为两种折线模型、Logistic模型,其余模型的拟合效果较差。 The 7 kinds of fitting models used to fit the dose-response data between different calcium(Ca) levels and tibia bone ash was compared to find the optimum fitting model to determine Ca requirement for meat-type chickens and ducks using the mega-analysis. A set of 31 or 14 significant dose-response data between different Ca levels on tibia bone ash of meattype chickens and ducks were collected from papers published during the year of 1991~2021,and fitted with 7 models including the quadratic regression model(QR), broken line model(BL),broken quadratic model(BQ), exponential model(EM), S-curve model(SM), growth curve model(GM) and 4 parameters(LOG 4). The fitting performance(R2) and the incidence of models with the best fit were used to determine the best fitting model that could be used to determining the optimum Ca requirement. The R;of 4 models were above 67%,lined up from highness to lowness:QR(85.5%)> BL(71.5%)> LOG 4(68.6%)> BQ(67.3%),and the others below 63%;For incidence of models with the best fit, QR,23/45,BL,14/45,both BQ and LOG 4, 11/45 and the others below 2/45.Using the tibia bone ash concentration as a response value to determine the Ca requirement for meat-type chickens and ducks, the QR was the best choice,followed by BL, BQ and LOG 4 models. The fitting performance of other models was not good.
