摘要
为了比较牧草新品种紫色象草的生产价值和营养价值,以便更好地推广应用,试验采用与热研4号王草、桂闽引象草对比方法,在品种比较试验、区域试验和生产试验中进行产量比较,在营养价值中进行花青素、胡萝卜素含量比较。结果表明:品比试验增减产3.54%~-12.94%,除天等试点减产差异极显著(P<0.01)外,其余不显著(P>0.05);区域试验增减产16.22%~-20.04%,4个试点3年2对照共24个年点中有2个热研4号王草年点增产和3个桂闽引象草年点减产差异极显著(P<0.01),2个热研4号王草年点减产差异显著(P<0.05),其余不显著(P>0.05);生产试验增减产4.04%~-25.99%,除南宁点比2对照减产差异显著(P<0.05)外,其余不显著(P>0.05)。茎秆和叶片花青素[(0.030±0.003)与(0.23±0.124)mg/kg]比热研4号王草和桂闽引象草高172.73%~400%和36.36%~216.9%(P<0.05),其余不显著(P>0.05);叶片胡萝卜素[(0.47±0.03)mg/kg]比热研4号王草和桂闽引象草高461.45%(P<0.01)和46.8%(P<0.05),其余不显著(P>0.05)。说明紫色象草产量与热带4号王草和桂闽引象草差异不大,花青素、胡萝卜素显著提高。
In order to extend this new cultivar further,it was evaluated in productive and nutrictional value of Pennisetum purpureum “Zise”. Methods of systematic contrast were used with P. purpureum x P. americana “Reyan No.4” and P. purpureum “Guiminyin” and yields in varietal trial,regional trial,productive trial and contents of anthocyanidin and carotene were compared in this study. Results were shown:The fresh yields in varietal trial were 3.54%~-12.94% higher or lower,which were not significant different (P>0.05) besides that of in Tiandeng Site droped extremely significant different (P<0.01);in regional trial,hey yields were 16.22%~-20.04% higher or lower that 2 annual points of P. purpureum x P. americana “Reyan No.4” yield droped and 3 of P. purpureum x P. americana “Reyan No.4” yield increased were extremely significant different (P<0.01),2 of P. purpureum “Guiminyin” yield droped were significant different (P<0.05),the others were not significant (P>0.05) in all 24 annual points from 4 testing sites of 2 controls for 3 years;the hey yields in productive trial were 10.46%~-25.99% higher or lower which were not significant different (P>0.05) besides that of in Nanning Site droped significantly (P<0.05);anthocyanidin content of Pennisetum purpureum “Zise” were (0.03±0.003)mg/kg(stem),(0.23±0.124)mg/kg (leaf),that were 172.73%~400% ( P. purpureum x P. americana “Reyan No.4”),36.36%~216.9% P. purpureum “Guiminyin” higher,were both significant(P<0.05) and the others,not significant (P>0.05);carotene content of Pennisetum purpureum “Zise” [(0.47±0.027)mg/kg](leaf) was 461.45% high than P. purpureum x P. americana “Reyan No.4” (P<0.01) and 46.8% high than P. purpureum “Guiminyin” (P<0.05),the others,not significant (P>0.05). It has been proven that differences of the yields of P. purpureum “Zise” were not significant than P. purpureum x P. americana “Reyan No.4” and P. purpureum “Guiminyin” (P>0.05),but contents of anthocyanidin and carotene are very high(P<
