摘要
为了比较不同阴道栓对湖羊同期发情的处理效果,以便为湖羊集约化生产提供参考,试验选择162只母湖羊随机分成三个组,在相同饲养条件下,放置不同CIDR和海绵栓剂。撤栓后皮下注射330 IUPMSG+0.1 mg PGF_(2α),隔天进行试情,随后进行人工授精。结果表明:CIDR组发情率为90.74%,进口海绵栓为83.33%,国产海绵栓为85.18%,各处理组间无显著差异(P﹥0.05)。CIDR组受胎率为85.19%,进口海绵栓为62.96%,国产海绵栓为81.48%,CIDR组受胎率显著高于进口海绵栓组(P<0.05),但与国产海绵栓组差异不显著(P﹥0.05)。CIDR组与国产海绵栓丢栓率均为9.26%,高于进口海绵栓组1.85%(P﹥0.05),而CIDR组母羊阴道发炎率低于国产海绵栓7.41%(P﹥0.05)。国产海绵栓单只羊发情成本为22.85元,比CIDR低25元。综上,采取CIDR+PMSG+PGF2α法处理同期发情,效果更好。实际生产中,受成本限制,可首选国产海绵栓进行同期发情。
In order to compare the treatment effects of different vaginal suppositories on simultaneous estrus of Hu sheep and provide reference for intensive production of Hu sheep, 162 female Hu sheep were randomly divided into three groups, and different CIDR and sponge suppository were placed in the same feeding conditions. After the thrombectomy, 330IUPMSG +0.1mg PGF2α was subcutaneously injected. The results showed as follows: the estrus rate of CIDR group was 90.74%, imported sponge plug was 83.33%, domestic sponge plug was 85.18%, and there was no significant difference among all treatment groups(P>0.05). The conception rate of the CIDR group was 85.19%, that of the imported sponge plug group was 62.96%, and that of the domestic sponge plug group was 81.48%. The conception rate of the CIDR group was significantly higher than that of the imported sponge plug group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the CIDR group and the domestic sponge plug group(P>0.05). The rate of thrombolysis in the CIDR group and the domestic sponge plug group was 9.26%, which was higher than that in the imported sponge plug group(1.85%,P>0.05),and the rate of vaginal inflammation in the CIDR group was lower than that in the domestic sponge plug group(7.41%, P>0.05). The single estrus cost of domestic sponge supp was 22.85 yuan,25 yuan lower than CIDR. In conclusion, CIDR +PMSG +PGF2α is more effective in treating simultaneous estrus. In actual production, due to cost lim itation, domestic sponge suppresses can be preferred for simultaneous estrus.
