摘要
本文以煤炭贸易和中小煤炭贸易服务平台所存在的风险为基础,通过对传统煤炭贸易结合煤炭贸易平台进行分析,同时,参考国内其他企业的风险防控政策,用风险管理、风险评估、风险控制等相关理论方法研究探讨防范煤炭贸易风险的策略和方法,旨在为类似煤炭企业在运营中提供一个识别、评价和控制风险的模式,尽可能减少风险因素所带来的危害,使得在整个煤炭贸易服务对接业务阶段中,及时对风险进行防控,促进上下游企业的良好发展,实现多方的共赢。
Based on the risks of coal trade and small and medium-sized coal trade service platforms,this article analyzes the traditional coal trade combined with the coal trade platform,and at the same time,with the reference to the risk prevention and control policies of other domestic enterprises,uses risk management,risk assessment,and risk control and other related theoretical methods to research and explore strategies and methods for preventing coal trade risks,aiming to provide similar coal companies with a mode for identifying,evaluating and controlling risks in their operations,so as to minimize the harm caused by risk factors,make timely prevention and control of risks during the entire coal trade service docking business stage,promote the sound development of upstream and downstream enterprises,and achieve a win-win situation for all parties.
