摘要
充分发挥科技创新与政法工作高度融合建设,注重顶层式设计、信息化建设、智能化应用、共享性变革,加强系统集成性、协同高效性发展。本文通过对科技创新与政法工作关系的辩证分析,探索政法领域科技发展现状及问题研判,提出未来科技创新对政法工作的重点发展任务措施保障,加强基础性理论研究、关键性技术攻克、重点专有装备维护以及示范应用研究。科技创新支撑政法工作,解决体制上存在的障碍、机制中遗留的梗阻、政策性上缺少的创新等问题,推动平安建设,向数字政法、智慧司法方向迈进,从科技角度增强社会法治治理能力。
Give full play to the highly integrated construction of scientific and technological innovation and political and legal work,pay attention to top-level design,informatization construction,intelligent application and shared change,and strengthen system integration,collaborative and efficient development.Through the dialectical analysis of the relationship between scientific and technological innovation and political and legal work,this paper explores the current situation and problems of scientific and technological development in the field of political and legal work,puts forward the key development tasks and measures guarantee of scientific and technological innovation for political and legal work in the future,and strengthens the basic theoretical research,key technology overcoming,key special equipment maintenance and application demonstration research.Scientific and technological innovation supports political and legal work,solves problems such as institutional obstacles,mechanism obstacles and lack of innovation in policy,promotes the construction of peace,advances in the direction of digital politics and law and intelligent justice,and enhances the ability of social governance by law from the perspective of science and technology.
