摘要
在中国民航运输机场建设快速发展的背景下,本文针对机场不停航施工引发的FOD管理的一系列安全问题及怎样才能做好不停航施工的FOD防范进行探讨,从组织管理与方案技术措施两个维度出发进行研究讨论,进而提出一系列切实可行的机场不停航施工FOD防范措施,对解决机场建设方、运行管理方和施工方在面对保证机场安全运行压力下,顺利实施机场改扩建工程具有一定的借鉴作用。
In the context of the rapid development of China's civil aviation transport airport construction,the paper discusses a series of safety problems caused by airport non-stop construction and how to do a good job in the FOD prevention in non-stop construction,conducts research and discussion from the two dimensions of organization management and program technical measures,and then proposes a series of feasible airport non-stop construction FOD preventive measures,which has a certain reference effect in solving the problem of airport builders,operation managers and construction parties in the face of the pressure to ensure the smooth implementation of the airport reconstruction and expansion project.
