摘要
在医学诊疗技术持续发展、现代医院规模不断扩大的过程中,医用耗材的种类愈加表现出多样化的发展趋势,增大了医用耗材管理的工作量与工作难度。为了提高医用耗材管理的精细化程度,保证管理工作的有效性与实时性,本课题采用三次指数平滑预测法,构建了智能仓储与调配管理系统,并将其应用至医用耗材管理中。结果显示,基于三次指数平滑预测法的智能仓储与调配管理系统,对医用耗材的未来需求进行预测的精确度较高,其相对误差仅为0.15;相较于传统人工管理系统而言,该系统在不同比较项目中的量化评价得分更高。这显示出基于智能仓储与调配管理系统的医用耗材精细化管理具有良好的应用效果,可实现对医用耗材的精确预测与有效管理。
With the continuous development of medical diagnosis and treatment technology and the continuous expansion of the scale of modern hospitals, the types of medical consumables show a diversified development trend, which increases the workload and difficulty of medical consumables management. In order to improve the refinement of medical consumables management and ensure the effectiveness and real-time management, this subject uses the cubic exponential smoothing prediction method to build an intelligent storage and deployment management system, and applies it to medical consumables management. The results show that the intelligent storage and allocation management system based on cubic exponential smoothing prediction method has high accuracy in predicting the future demand of medical consumables, and its relative error is only 0.15. Compared with the traditional manual management system, the system has higher quantitative evaluation scores in different comparison projects. It shows that the fine management of medical consumables based on intelligent storage and allocation management system has a good application effect, and can realize the accurate prediction and effective management of medical consumables.
