摘要
“浊毒理论”是国医大师李佃贵首创的中医理论,在治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的实践中,以“浊毒理论”为指导进行治疗取得了满意效果。基于浊毒理论分析认为,COVID-19的病因是外感浊毒疫疠之邪;主要病位在肺,散行诸经多脏;主要病机为毒邪闭窍;主要诊治原则为审因与辨证相结合,治法为祛毒开窍。
Turbid Toxin Theory is a theory of traditional Chinese medicine pioneered by the master GuoYi,Li diangui.In the practice of treating coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),Turbid Toxin Theory has a satisfactory result.Turbid Toxin Theory thinks that the pathogen of COVID-19 comes from the exogenous turbid virus and plague.The main disease location of COVID-19 is the lung,distributing in meridians and multiple organs;the main pathogenesis is clogging by toxic;the main therapeutic principle is the combination of etiology analysis and syndrome differentiation;and the therapeutic method is to eliminate toxins.
