摘要 5.5×10^(5)t·a^(-1)芳烃抽提装置C_(6)/C_(7)馏分,采用大连石油化工研究院FHDO选择性加氢专利技术,对其含有的烯烃进行加氢饱和。该技术具有操作条件缓和、烯烃选择性加氢性能好、芳烃损失小、催化剂使用寿命长、流程简单等优点。投运以来,C_(6)/C_(7)馏分溴指数6 000~8 000 mgBr·(100g)^(-1)时,在反应温度126℃,反应压力1.76MPa,反应空速3.3h^(-1),氢油体积比值267操作条件下,精制C_(6)/C_(7)溴指数控制在10mgBr·(100g);以下。HDO-18催化剂活性、选择性好,使用寿命优于设计保证值,单元装置完全取消了白土废弃物的产生,大幅度降低了对环境的污染。 The C_(6)/C_(7)fraction of the 5.5×10^(5)t·a^(-1) aromatic extraction unit is hydrogenated to saturate the olefins using FHDO selective hydrogenation patented technology developed by Sinopec Dalian research institute of petroleum and petrochemicals.The technology has the advantages of mild operating conditions,good olefin selective hydrogenation performance,low aromatic loss,long catalyst life,and simple process.Since it was put into operation,when the bromine index of the C_(6)/C_(7)fraction was 6 000~8 000 mg Br·(100g)^(-1),the bromine index of refined C_(6)/C_(7)could be controlled below 10 mg Br·(100g);under the condition of reaction temperature 126℃,reaction pressure 1.76 MPa,reaction space velocity 3.3 h^(-1),and hydrogen-oil volume ratio value 267.HDO-18 catalyst has good activity and selectivity,and its service life is better than the design guaranteed value.It completely eliminates the generation of clay waste and reduces environmental pollution.
