摘要
针对低渗透油藏注水井注入压力高、注水量下降快以及注水开发效果较差的问题,室内将非离子型表面活性剂SSR-2和双子表面活性剂GS-89进行复配,研究出一种复合表面活性剂降压增注体系,具体配方为:0.25%非离子型表面活性剂SSR-2+0.25%双子表面活性剂GS-89。复合表面活性剂降压增注体系综合性能评价结果表明,体系具有良好的表面活性和界面活性,可使表面张力降低至18.7mN·m^(-1),界面张力值降低至0.0087 mN·m^(-1);此外,体系还具有良好的润湿性能、防膨性能、耐温性能和抗盐性能。降压增注岩心驱替实验结果表明,注入0.6 PV的复合表面活性剂体系后,可使天然岩心的驱替压力降低率达到30%以上,具有良好的降压增注效果,能够满足低渗透油藏注水井降压增注施工的需要。
Aiming at the problems of high injection pressure,rapid decline of water injection rate and poor water injection development effect in water injection wells of low permeability reservoirs,a pressure reducing and injection increasing system of composite surfactant was developed by compounding nonionic surfactant SSR-2 and Gemini surfactant GS-89.The specific formula was determined as follows:0.25%nonionic surfactant SSR-2+0.25%Gemini surfactant GS-89.The comprehensive performance evaluation results of the pressure reducing and injection increasing system of composite surfactant showed that the system had good surface activity and interfacial activity,which could reduce the surface tension to 18.7 mN·m^(-1) and the interfacial tension to 0.0087 mN·m^(-1);In addition,the system also had good wettability,anti-swelling,temperature resistance and salt resistance;The experimental results of core displacement by depressurization and injection increase showed that after injecting 0.6 PV composite surfactant system,the displacement pressure reduction rate of natural core was more than 30%,which had good depressurization and injection increase effect,and could meet the need of depressurization and injection increase construction of water injection wells in low permeability reservoirs.
