摘要
深水半潜式钻井平台是海上油气钻探的主要装备,作业期间需要满足定位精度,避免平台位置移动过大损坏钻井管柱或与防喷器、井口连接器等设备的连接。目前,国内外同类平台主要依靠GNSS系统提供主要位置参考,Hipap系统作为辅助定位,依托推进器实现平台动力定位及位置维持功能。文中提出了单独依托HIPAP系统进行动力定位操作,并实现作业期间钻井平台精确定位的思路。该方法已在南海某深水平台进行实际测试,验证HIPAP系统满足短期内定位需求,但受限于海洋环境及声波传输介质影响,平台长期作业的定位仍需依赖第三方位置参考系统。该结论可为卫星定位失效时提供短期替代的位置参考方案,为后续位置参考系统更换或应急操作提供储备时间。
The deepwater semi-submersible drilling unit is the main equipment for offshore oil and gas drilling. During the drilling operation, the positioning accuracy should be met to avoid excessive movement of the drilling unit to damage the drilling pipe string or the connections with the BOP, wellhead connector and other equipment. At present, similar semisubmersibles mainly rely on GNSS system to provide the main location reference, HIPAP system acts as an auxiliary positioning to achieve maintenance position. This paper puts forward the idea of relying on HIPAP system alone to carry out dynamic positioning operation and realize the precise positioning of platform during the drilling operation. The idea is tested in a deepwater semisubmerible in the South China Sea to verify that the HIPAP system can meet the short-term positioning requirements. Due to the limited impact of the marine environment and acoustic transmission media, the positioning of the platform in long-term operation still needs to use a third-party location reference system. The conclusion can provide a short-term alternative location reference scheme in case of satellite positioning failure, and provide a reserve time for subsequent location reference system replacement or emergency operation.
