摘要
目的:探讨不同方式的一次性拉伸对股二头肌长头(BFLH)组织结构的急性影响。方法:采集10名无腘绳肌损伤男青年在一次性静态拉伸前后与一次性动态拉伸前后的优势腿BFLH肌腹全景超声图像,计算并比较图像中BFLH肌腹近、中、远侧端的组织结构变化。结果:一次性动态拉伸使BFLH各局部的肌束延长(P<0.01)、中部与远侧端的羽状角度降低(P<0.05)。一次性静态拉伸仅使BFLH近侧端肌束延长(P<0.05),但不改变BFLH的羽状角度(P>0.05)。两种拉伸方式均不能改变BFLH的肌肉厚度(P>0.05)。在拉伸前后,BFLH肌腹不同局部间的肌束长度(P<0.01)、羽状角度(P<0.05)与肌肉厚度(P<0.05)均存在差异。两种拉伸方式作用下,BFLH肌腹不同局部间的肌束长度变化率(P>0.05)与羽状角度变化率(P>0.05)均相近。结论:一次性动态拉伸可明显改变BFLH肌腹的组织结构,而一次性静态拉伸对BFLH肌腹组织结构的改变作用较微弱。BFLH肌腹不同局部间存在结构差异,但两种拉伸方式作用下BFLH肌腹各局部的结构参数变化程度均相近。
Objective To explore the acute effect of different one-time stretching methods on the architectural characteristics of the long head of the biceps femoris(BFLH). Methods The panoramic ultrasound images of BFLH of the dominant leg of ten active young men without hamstring injuries were collected before and after one-time static and dynamic stretching,and the changes of architecture in the proximal,middle,and distal regions of BFLH were measured and analyzed. Results One-time dynamic stretching significantly increased fascicle lengths of the three regions(P<0.01) and reduced the pinnation angles of the middle and distal regions(P<0.05) of BFLH,while one-time static stretching only increased the fascicle length of the proximal region(P<0.05),and did not change the pinnation angle of BFLH. Neither stretching method changed the muscle thickness of BFLH(P>0.05). Significant differences were observed in fascicle lengths(P<0.01),pinnation angles(P<0.05) and muscle thicknesses(P<0.05) of BFLH before and after stretching. However,no significant differences were found in the change rates of fascicle lengths(P>0.05) or the change rates of pinnation angles(P>0.05) among different regions of the BFLH. Conclusions One-time dynamic stretching can significantly change the BFLH architecture,while the one-time static stretching only has a mild effect. Moreover,though,there are architectural differences among different regions of BFLH, no significant regional differences of the change rates of the BFLH architecture parameters exist due to the two different one-time stretching methods.
