摘要
目的评价中药外洗对复杂性肛瘘术后恢复的临床效果,为中药外洗作为复杂性肛瘘术后护理干预措施提供循证依据。方法通过计算机检索中国知网、万方数据服务平台、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、Web of Science、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library,收集与复杂性肛瘘术后护理相关的随机对照研究,检索时限为各数据库建库至2021年10月14日。由2名研究者独立检索及筛选文献,评价纳入研究偏倚风险后提取资料,并进行Meta分析。结果共收集390篇文献,最终纳入39篇随机对照研究,合计3508名复杂性肛瘘患者。Meta分析结果显示,中药外洗能够缩短患者术后创面愈合时间(P<0.05);减少疼痛感受和分泌物量(P<0.05);降低并发症发生率、复发率(P<0.05)。结论中药外洗能够明显提升复杂性肛瘘患者术后恢复疗效和护理效果。
Objective To systematically review the efficacy of external applied of traditional Chinese medicine in postoperative recovery and nursing practice of complex anal fistula,and provide the reference for topical applications of Chinese medicine in postoperative nursing of complex anal fistula.Methods An electronic retrieval was performed in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals,Sinomed,Web of Science,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library from their inception to October 14,2021.Two researchers independently searched and screened the literature,evaluated the risk of bias in the included study,extracted the data,and conducted Meta-analysis.Results A total of 390 literature were collected,and 39 randomized controlled studies were finally included,including 3508 patients with complex anal fistula.Meta-analysis showed that topical applications of traditional Chinese medicine could shorten the time of wound healing(P<0.05),reduce pain feeling and secretion(P<0.05),and reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate(P<0.05).Conclusions Topical applications of Chinese medicine has a superior therapeutic effect in postoperative recovery for patients with complex anal fistula.
