摘要
突尼斯是中国推进“一带一路”倡议的天然合作伙伴,两国人文交流历史悠久,具有物质文化交流基础坚实、制度文化交流逐渐成型、精神文化交流表现活跃的特点。“一带一路”倡议提出后,中国与突尼斯人文交流不断走深走实,在取得新进展的同时,也存在文化产业薄弱、人文交流机制不健全等问题。两国人文交流需要探索创新路径,拓宽交流领域,培养跨文化交际人才,从而打开良性发展的“高起点、高水平、高效益”人文交流局面。
Tunisia is China’s natural partner in advancing the“the Belt and Road”initiative.The two countries have a long history of cultural exchanges.They have a solid foundation for material and cultural exchanges,institutional and cultural exchanges are gradually taking shape,and spiritual and cultural exchanges are active.After“the Belt and Road”initiative was put forward,the people-to-people and cultural exchanges between China and Tunisia have been deepened and solidified.While new progress has been made,there are also problems such as weak cultural industries and imperfect people-to-people exchange mechanisms.The people-to-people exchanges between the two countries need to explore innovative paths,broaden the fields of exchanges,and cultivate cross-cultural communication talents,so as to open up a“high starting point,high level,and high-efficiency”people-to-people exchange situation for benign development.
