摘要
高校意识形态工作与国家政治安全密切相关,必须实打实地干好。当前,新时代高校意识形态工作在改革中发展,在提升实效性方面取得了显著成绩。但是,提升高校意识形态工作的实效性也面临一些挑战,这些挑战主要包括高校师生的意识形态状况具有多样性、大学生意识形态批判力有“短板”和高校意识形态工作方式缺乏创新性这三个方面。要想应对这些挑战,要在巩固马克思主义在高校意识形态领域的指导地位、将高校意识形态工作队伍建设重心下移和让意识形态工作融入互联网这三个方面下功夫。
Ideological work in colleges and universities is closely related to national political security and must be done well in a down-to-earth manner.At present,the ideological work in colleges and universities in the new era is developing in the reform,and has made remarkable achievements in improving the effectiveness.However,there are also some challenges to enhance the effectiveness of ideological work in colleges and universities.These challenges mainly include the diversity of ideological status of college students and teachers,the"short board"of ideological criticism of college students,and the lack of innovation of ideological work methods in colleges and universities.In order to meet these challenges,we should consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field of colleges and universities,shift the focus of ideological work team construction in colleges and universities,and integrate ideological work into the Internet.
