摘要
随着风电机组运行年限越来越长,机组受恶劣风况的影响引发偏航减速器损坏的情况也越来越多。本文结合某风电场1.5MW机组运行数据、偏航减速器拆解、偏航控制策略等,分析了导致减速器损坏的原因,提出解决该问题的方案,延长偏航系统的使用寿命。
As the operating life of wind turbines is getting longer and longer,more and more cases of damage of the yaw reduction box caused by bad wind conditions.This paper combines the operating data of a wind farm's 1.5MW wind turbine,yaw reduction box disassemble,control strategy of the yaw system etc.Analysis of the damage of the yaw reduction box,propose solutions to this problem,extend the service life of the yaw system.
