风电场降低风功率两个细则考核电量探究

摘要 随着风力发电技术日臻成熟,风电单机容量和并网型风电场规模不断扩大,风电占电力系统发电总量的比例也逐年增加。风电场穿透功率不断加大,给电力系统带来的一系列问题日益突出,严重威胁电力系统安全、稳定、经济、可靠运行。对风电功率进行及时准确的预测,可以显著增强电力系统的安全性、稳定性、经济性和可控性。 With the maturity of wind power generation technology,the single unit capacity of wind power and the scale of grid connected wind farms are expanding,and the proportion of wind power in the total power generation of power system is also increasing year by year.With the increasing penetration power of wind farm,a series of problems brought to the power system have become increasingly prominent,which seriously threaten the safe,stable,economic and reliable operation of the power system.Timely and accurate prediction of wind power can significantly enhance the security,stability,economy and controllability of power system.
