摘要
分析总结云浮市历史洪涝灾害及防洪减灾体系现状的基础上,提出了防洪减灾体系存在的问题和短板,并结合新形势要求,提出了完善主要江河防洪体系、高质量推进中小河流治理、持续加强山洪灾害防治、加快推进其他水工程补短板建设、加强工程管理及非工程措施建设等思路和措施,为云浮市防洪减灾工作提供参考。
Based on the analysis and summary of the historical flood disasters and the current situation of the flood control and disaster reduction system in Yunfu City,this paper puts forward the problems and short board of the flood control and disaster reduction system.Combined with the requirements of the new situation,this paper puts forward ideas and measures such as improving the flood control system of the main rivers,promoting the management of small and medium-sized rivers with high quality,continuously strengthening the prevention and control of mountain flood disasters,accelerating the construction of other water conservancy projects,and strengthening the construction of engineering management and non-engineering measures,so as to provide reference for the flood control and disaster reduction in Yunfu City.
