摘要
金刺梨(Rosa sterilis S.D.shi)在1981年贵州省全省刺梨资源调查时首次发现,时圣德先生1985年发表于贵州省植物园。其氨基酸、糖、维生素和矿物质营养元素等含量极其丰富。本研究是以金刺梨果渣作为原料,利用产朊假丝酵母对其进行发酵,对比发酵前蛋白质和氨基酸等营养物质的含量。发酵结果显示蛋白质由发酵前7.62 mg/g提高到发酵后17.21 mg/g;总氨基酸由4.682 mg/g提高到8.732 mg/g,其他营养成分也相应保留。实验结果表明:以蛋白质的含量为参照,金刺梨果渣通过发酵后,蛋白质的总量得到了很大的提高。可将其作为一种理想的蛋白饲料用于家禽养殖。
Rosa Sterilis S.D.Shi was first discovered during the provincial Rosa roxburghii resource survey in Guizhou Province in 1981.Mr.Shi Shengde published it in Guizhou Botanical Garden in 1985.It is extremely rich in amino acids,sugar,vitamins,minerals and nutritional elements.In this study,Jinci pear residue was used as raw material and fermented by Candida utilizes to compare the contents of protein,amino acids and other nutrients before fermentation.The fermentation results showed that the protein increased from 7.62 mg/g before fermentation to 17.21 mg/G after fermentation;The total amino acids increased from 4.682 mg/g to 8.732 mg/g,and other nutrients were retained accordingly.The experimental results showed that the total amount of protein in Jinci pear residue was greatly improved after fermentation.It can be used as an ideal protein feed for poultry breeding.
